In the latest update from Marette Farrell Bloodstock, Marette wants to draw attention to another successful spell for Anderson Farms:
“Anderson Farms had a good weekend last weekend. Conquest Lemonraid out of Gauze, a mare I recommended as a purchase for $140,000, broke his maiden impressive for the red hot Mark Casse barn. Mark says that when he gets to the turf, he is going to be awesome. This is so exciting, as this is a mating I helped arrange.
Another flag-bearer for Anderson Farms was All On Red, who was third in Canada’s premier race, the Queen’s Plate. A stumble at the start, and a very late run from way out cost him the win, I think, but he will be a force to be reckoned with in the next two legs of the Triple Crown. I recommended his Dam, Wicked Dive, a stake winner, who we secured for $180,000 in 2011. Hard Spun is a particular favorite of ours that Anderson Farms has supported heavily over the years. We look forward to an exciting campaign!”
